Acceptable Use Policy

What this covers

This policy applies to this website and to any AI system we build, host or maintain for you. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions, and where an engagement agreement sets stricter rules, those apply too.

General rules

Do not use the website or anything we deliver to:

• break the law, or help anyone else do so;
• infringe copyright, trade marks, trade secrets or privacy rights;
• gain access to systems, accounts or data you are not entitled to;
• upload or transmit malware, or anything designed to damage or disrupt;
• impersonate a person or organisation, or misrepresent who you are;
• harass, threaten, defame or discriminate against anyone;
• send unsolicited bulk messages, or harvest addresses to do so.

Automated access

You may not scrape, crawl or bulk-download this site beyond ordinary search engine indexing, and you may not place a load on it that interferes with other visitors. If you have a legitimate reason to fetch our content in bulk, ask first — we will usually say yes.

Using AI systems responsibly

AI systems can be misused in ways ordinary software cannot, so these rules are specific:

• Do not remove the human review gates. Where we build an approval step into a workflow that touches clinical, financial, legal or customer-facing decisions, that step is there for a reason. Disabling it transfers the risk to you.
• Do not feed it data it was not scoped for. Special-category, regulated or third-party confidential data should not be pushed into a system that was not designed and reviewed for it.
• Do not use it to generate unlawful or deceptive content — including material that impersonates a real person or organisation, fabricated records, or content designed to mislead.
• Do not attack the system. No prompt injection, jailbreak attempts, or efforts to extract model instructions, credentials or another client’s data.
• Do not present model output as verified fact where accuracy matters. Every system we ship is instrumented so you can measure it; use those measurements.

Security research

If you think you have found a vulnerability, we would like to know. Email info@devsolutionai.com with enough detail to reproduce it. Please do not test against live client systems, do not access or alter data that is not yours, and give us a reasonable chance to fix it before publishing.

Reporting misuse

To report a breach of this policy, email info@devsolutionai.com. Tell us what you saw, where, and when. We reply within four business hours during office hours, Monday to Friday.

What happens if this policy is broken

Depending on what happened, we may ask you to stop, restrict or suspend access, or end an engagement under the terms of its agreement. Where the law requires it, we will report the matter. We would always rather have a conversation first.

Changes

We may update this policy as the technology and the risks change. The date at the top shows the current version.
