Who we are

DevSolutionsAI is an AI consulting and automation firm. Our office is at 4th Floor, The Interlace, inside Twinhub coworking space, I-8 Markaz, Islamabad, 44790. You can reach us at info@devsolutionai.com or on 0334 9447041.

This policy covers this website. Work we do for a client is governed by that client’s engagement agreement, which takes precedence over anything here.

What this website collects

Only two things.

What you type into a form

The contact form asks for your name, company, work email, an optional phone number, and a short description of the problem you want solved. The audit request form asks only for a work email. Both are sent straight to our inbox by email. Neither stores anything in the website’s database.

Ordinary server logs

Our web server records the request, the time, your IP address and your browser’s user agent, as almost every web server does. These logs exist to keep the site running and secure.

What this website does not do

• It sets no cookies on a normal visit.
• It loads no analytics, no advertising pixels and no session recording.
• It does not build a profile of you, and it does not track you between sites.
• We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. There is no circumstance in which we would.

The one third party

Page fonts are served by Google Fonts, so your browser requests files from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. That request reveals your IP address to Google. Nothing else on the page calls out to a third party. If you would rather avoid it, a content blocker will stop the request and the site will fall back to a system font.

Why we hold what we hold

We use what you send us to reply to you, to scope work if you ask us to, and to keep a record of what was agreed. That is the whole purpose. We do not add enquiry addresses to a marketing list, and we do not run a sales sequence.

How long we keep it

Enquiries stay in our inbox while the conversation is live and for as long as we may reasonably need them afterwards. If nothing comes of it, we delete on request and in any case do not keep enquiries indefinitely. Records tied to a paid engagement are kept for as long as our contract and tax obligations require.

Client data during an engagement

Delivering an AI system usually means handling data belonging to the client, not to us. When that happens we work to the engagement agreement: the data flows, retention rules and access boundaries are agreed in writing in the first week, before anything is built. Clients own the code, prompts, infrastructure and documentation we produce, and we take no copy of client data beyond what the work requires.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email info@devsolutionai.com and we will deal with it. You never have to give us anything: the phone field on the contact form is optional, and you can simply email or call instead of using a form at all.

Children

This is a business-to-business website and it is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us something, tell us and we will remove it.

Security

The site runs with hardened headers, blocked XML-RPC, restricted user enumeration and rate-limited logins. No website is invulnerable, and we will not pretend otherwise, but we do not leave the obvious doors open.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes will be described here rather than slipped in quietly.
