The short version

Using this website means you accept the terms on this page. Paid work is a separate matter: it is governed by a written engagement agreement, and nothing on this website changes what that agreement says.

What this website is

It describes what we do and invites you to get in touch. Prices, timelines and outcomes mentioned here are illustrative. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it creates a contract between us.

How work is actually agreed

• A conversation, usually a free 30-minute call, at no cost and with no obligation on either side.
• A written scope with a fixed price, agreed before any work starts.
• That written agreement, once signed, is what governs the work — including deliverables, timings, payment, confidentiality, data handling and governing law.

If anything in that agreement conflicts with this page, the agreement wins.

Using the site properly

Please use the site for its intended purpose. Our Acceptable Use Policy sets out what is not acceptable, and it forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The text, design, code and images on this website belong to us or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may read the site, print pages for your own reference and quote us with attribution and a link. You may not republish it as your own, resell it, or use our name or logo to imply a relationship that does not exist.

Work we build for a client is the opposite: the client owns the code, prompts, infrastructure and documentation outright. We keep no proprietary wrapper you cannot leave.

Accuracy

We take care to keep this site accurate, but it is marketing material, not advice. Figures, case studies and timelines describe past work and are not a promise of the same result for you. Content can go out of date. If something matters to your decision, ask us and we will confirm it in writing.

Links to other sites

Where we link to a third party — a standards body or a regulator, for instance — we do it because the source is useful. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content.

Liability

This website is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the site, from any inaccuracy in its content, or from it being unavailable. Liability for paid work is dealt with in the engagement agreement, where it is negotiated and capped explicitly.

We may update this page. The date at the top shows when we last did. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

DevSolutionsAI is established in Islamabad, Pakistan, and these website terms are governed by the law applicable at our place of establishment. This does not affect the governing law and jurisdiction agreed for a specific engagement, which is set out in that engagement’s own agreement, nor any statutory rights you have where you live.

If part of this fails

If any provision here is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
